Did my routine exercise stress test yesterday for ongoing monitoring of an exercise -induced arrhythmia I have. It all went well and I even lasted one more minute than my last test three years ago, which surprised me. Although with the pandemic, I have been doing a lot more walking (either that or my new shoes).

In Orangeville for the week and completed a 9 km walk right by the hotel. I realized walking at 4 mph is not as easy as I thought. Nice trail mixed with numerous boardwalks and bridges. Lots of wetland birds too. Part of @cvc_ca network.

Always nice to find a beach to swim at while away. The water was a warm 23 degrees.

A 9km morning hike near Cultus Lake. Some pretty steep sections, which probably were worse going down than up. The view at the top clouded by smoke.

Saw this little one hanging out near Cultus Lake. The mom (I think) was about 20 feet away.

Group 5 km swim around Becerra Regional Park yesterday. Since all swimming races were cancelled this year, a group of us got together to do our own. And we were even lucky enough to get our partners and friends be our support crew. After the heat wave, the water felt really refreshing.
