Regular exercise can reduce your chances of getting disease and also make you feel better. Yet nearly three-quarters of us are not active enough. For most of us, it’s not the starting of the exercise program that’s the problem, it’s keeping it going for the weeks, months and years, and building it into a lifelong habit.
